2 Lion Brand Fun Fur Prints Balls Bulky weight Yarn 1.50 oz or 40 gm

Crochet Hooks Size M or 9 mm
Shrug:
Row 1: Holding 2 strands of light linen and 1 strand of sandstone
together as one, with M hook, ch 90, drop sandstone; with 2 strands
light linen only, sc in 2nd ch from hook, [sk next ch, 2 sc in next ch]
across, turn. Leaving 7 inch end for fringe, fasten off sandstone. (89

Row 2 & 3: Ch 1, sc in first st, [sk next st, 2 sc in next st] across, turn.
Row 4: Holding 1 strand sandstone and 2 strands light linen tog, ch
1, sc in first st, [sk next st, 2 sc in next st] across, turn. Leaving 7 inch
end for fringe, fasten off sandstone.
Rows 5 -7: Ch 1, sc in first st, [sk next st, 2 sc in next st] across, turn.
Rows 8 - 20: Rep rows 4 to 7 consecutively, ending with row 4. At end
of last row, fasten off.
Edging:
With 2 strands light linen and 1 strand sandstone held tog and right
side of row 20 facing, working in ends of rows across one end of
shrug, join with sc in first row, sc in each row across. Fasten off.
Rep on opposite end.
Fringe:
Cut 40 strands each of light linen and sandstone 15 inches in length.
Holding 1 strand of each color together, fold in half, pull fold through,
pull ends through fold, pulling long ends into fringe when needed.
Trim ends even.
Fringe across each short end.
