Tapestry Needle
Stitches Used:
Herringbone Double Crochet (HBDC): yo, insert hook into next chain, yo
and pull through the chain and the first loop on the hook, yo and draw
through 1 more loop on the hook, yo and draw through both loops on
hook.
Cross Stitch: miss one stitch, double crochet in next stitch, double
crochet across in missed stitch
Ch 31.
Row 1: Sc in second ch from hook and each ch to end.
Row 2: HBDC in first and every stitch around, joining to first sitch. Ch 2,
turn.
Row 3: Cross stitch around, joining to first stitch. Ch 2, turn.
Rows 4 and on: Repeat rows 2 and 3 until the length you would like or
until yarn runs out.
Add embellishments like fringe etc. Sew in ends and enjoy
