Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn 28 ozs Copper, 12 ozs Orange, 12 ozs Brown, 10 ozs Shaded                            Beiges
  Crochet Hook Size I or 5.50 mm

Finished Size Approximately 50" x 68"

Square (make 35):

With Orange, ch 6, join with a sl st to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Work beg PC (popcorn) in ring as follows: Ch 3, work 3 dc in ring; drop lp from hook, insert hook in top of beg ch-3;
hook dropped lp and pull though stitch=beginning PC made * Ch 3, work PC in ring as follow: Work 4 dc in ring; drop lp from
hook, insert hook in first dc of 4-dc group just made; hook dropped lp and pull though st=OC made. Rep from * twice more;
ch 3, join with a sl st in top of ch-3 of beg PC. Do not finish off.

Rnd 2: Continuing with orange, sl st into next ch-3 sp; work (beg PC, ch 3, PC) in same sp; * ch 3, work (PC, ch 3, PC) in
next ch-3 sp; rep from * twice more; ch 3, join with a sl st in top of ch-3 of beg PC. Finish off orange.         

Note: Be sure to leave 4" end when finishing off or joining a colour to weave in now or later.

Rnd 3: With Shaded Beiges, join with a sl st in any ch-3 sp between 2 PCs worked into the same sp; ch 3, 2 dc in same sp;
work (3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp for corner; * work 3 dc in next ch-3 sp (between 2 PCs worked into the same sp), work
(3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp for corner; rep from * twice more; join with a sl st in top of beg ch-3. Do not finish off.

Rnd 4: Continuing with Shaded Beiges, sl st in each of next 2 dc, then sl st into sp between pari of 3-dc groups, ch 3, 2 dc
in same sp; work (3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp at corner; * work 3 dc between each pair of 3-dc groups along side, work
(3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp, at corner; rep from * twice more; work 3 dc between last pair of 3-dc groups; join with sl st
in top fo beg ch-3. Finish off Shaded Beiges.

Rnd 5: With Copper, join with a sl st in any corner ch-3 sp; ch 3, work (2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in same sp; * work 3 dc between
each pair of 3-dc groups along side, work (3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp at corner; rep from * twice more; work 3 dc
between each pair of 3-dc groups along last side, join with a sl st in top of beg ch-3. Do not finish off.

Rnd 6: Continuing with Copper sl st in each of next 2 dc, then sl st into ch-3 corner sp; now work rnd in same manner as
Rnd 5. Do not finish off.

Rnd 7: Rep Rnd 6. Finish off Copper.

Rnd 8: With Brown, rep Rnd 5. Finish off; weave in all ends.

Finishing:
Afghan is 5 squares wide by 7 squares long. Join squares together with right sides facing, work sc through back lp only of
each stitch.

Border:
With right side facing you, join Brown with a sl st in any ch-3 corner sp of afghan. Working in same manner as Rnd 5 of
square, work one rnd in each of the following colours: Brown, Orange, Shaded Beiges and Copper. When all 4 rnds of
border have been completed, finish off and weave in all loose yarn ends.
