between layers of handle with light teal ribbon facing first half of handle and working down opposite edge of handle, 8 dc over side

Saturate handle with fabric stiffener. Place on flat surface ribbon side facing upward and pin each end of handle to secure.
Allow both pieces to dry overnight. With care, remove from pinning board.

1 ribbon at base of shell of row 1 and 1 ribbon at top shell of row 45. Insert next ribbon between 2nd and 3rd shells beyond first
ribbon.
Bend handle gently to form a half circle.
Handle is attached to inside edge of basket over stitch between pineapples over rnds 22 and 25. Insert ribbons through rnds to
outer edge of basket, knot each ribbon at outer edge and tie ends in a bow (2 ribbon bows at each side of basket), trim ribbon
ends at a slight angle.
Working between handle and basket, insert a small amount of hot glue to secure handle.
Cut 2 lengths of light teal ribbon each 8 inches long. Double knot 1 at each side of basket just below the handle. Trim ends at an
angle.
With hot glue gun, attach 3 sprigs of lily of the valley at each side of basket over area of handle, 2 pointing upward and 1 down.
With light teal ribbon, tie 2 double bows. Glue 1 bow over each side of basket.
