Note:
Every row is started with 3 dc or ch 3, 2 dc
Every center loop has 1 dc, ch 2, 1 dc in every row

Stitches:
sl st - slip stitch
Dc - double crochet
Cross Stitch - sk next st or sp, dc in next, then dc in the missed st
Picot - ch 5, (sl st in 3rd ch of ch 5) makes picot, then ch 3         


Row 1: Ch 5, join with sl st.

Row 2: 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in loop.

Row 3: Ch 3, 3 dc in first st, 1 dc in each until center loop, then (1 dc, ch 2, 1 dc) in center loop, then 1 dc in each st until
last one then 3 dc in last st.

Row 4: Repeat row 3.

Row 5: Ch 3, 2 dc in first st, then cross stitch until center loop, 1 dc, ch 2, 1 dc in center loop, then continue cross stitch
until last stitch, 3 dc in top of last ch.

Row 6: Ch 3, 2 dc in first st, (ch 1, skip next st, dc in next st) until center loop, then 1 dc, ch 2, 1 dc in center space,
continue with ch 1, skip next st, dc in next st until last st, 3 dc in last ch of last row.

Row 7: Repeat row 5.

Repeat rows 3 to 7 until the length you desired  ending with row 3 and 4. I did repeat 7 times.  


Edging:

Row 1: (Ch 5, skip 2 stitches, sl st in next dc) until end doing last loop ch 3 dc in last dc.

Row 2: Repeat row 1.

Row 3: Ch 5, sl st in 3rd ch of ch 5, ch 3, sc in next loop (this makes the picot row) across.
Finish off and sew in ends. Block and enjoy.
